Now as our world continue to become modern we, also people are affected in this change. Media nowadays continue to arises and this is because of modern technology. But the question is How does media affect the lives of the person? What are the advantages and disadvantages of Media? to answer this following question let us first defined what media.
Media is the channel through which the message is transmitted. It is said that media act as the powerful catalyst for modernizing youth culture. It is also the strongest man-force that can influence people espicially the cultivation of values and behavior.
Why media contribute in values formation? As we have observed in our day by day activities we are muchly govern by technology like for example when we watched T.V. more often than not what we saw in T.V. we will apply it to our selves. wither we like it or not but that is the reality.
Media greatly affects the life of the person because this give advantages and disadvantages. some of the advantages are the following: It will help to easily communicate your family even in a far place, it help also to do work in a lesser time and in the part of the students it help to get advance knowledge through research. Here are some of disadvantages; the personal communication was lost and the laziness will be develop. And now that we all know that media gives positive and negative effects so, its a matter of our choice.

2. a) The contribution of computer technology in media is that because of computer their are also some facilities that are created. And it help also to spread out the significance of media in man's life.
b) Media affects education in two ways. First is the positive way media help the learners to fulfill their dream or to satisfy the needs of the student. It help also the student to become knowledgeable. The negative way its that the student will become lazy because if the teacher Will ask to have a research the students would no longer go to the library but instead they will simply search it in the Internet.
c) Technology is very powerful in terms of media and education because technology are the primary thing that are use in educating students.It provides the learner with experiences about his/her environment and it help to facilitate the learning process of the student.
Through technology the learning process of the student become more easier and the length of time required can be reduced.
3. The painting titled "Hapag ng pag-asa" by Joey Velasco was very good. It was taken from the last supper of Jesus but instead of the apostles he uses children who are suffering from to much crisis.As what I have seen the children in the painting are no longer going to school but they are working for their living. In their early age of life it is very sad to say that they are now working to supply their needs and those children are supposedly in the school and they are studying. The message in the painting is that it tell us to be more strong in spite of problems and to face the reality with open arms and faith.
